Owls Score in Latin Fall Festivus

The scholarship of MUS Latin students – and their skill at chariot racing – was on full display at the 17th Annual Latin Fall Festivus on November 16 at White Station High School.
About 60 MUS Upper School and Lower School students competed against students from St. Mary's, Hutchison, Houston, White Station, Westminster, Collegiate, and the Blessed Sacrament homeschool coalition.

“MUS students performed very well across a wide variety of events, winning two of the three Certamen divisions and very nearly sweeping all of the academic awards in levels three and four/five,” Classical and Modern Languages Chair Ryan Sellers said.

  • Academic Pentathlon, Level Four-Five: Joshua Gramm

  • Certamen, Level One: Kushal Das, Hudson Williams, Raahim Afzal, Mohid Salman
  • Certamen, Level Three-Four-Five: Kushal Patel, Joephen Chen, Michael Liu, Joshua Gramm
