Trivia and Mempops Mark Founders Day

Messrs. Werts and Rhea would surely be proud of the celebration today in honor of our dear founders who opened Memphis University School on September 13, 1893.
In an Upper School trivia contest, sophomores and juniors won preliminary rounds, and the juniors were the ultimate victors. In Lower School seventh graders took the first round, but the second round had to be called for time. Then everyone adjourned for Mempops and free play in the gyms. Some of the photos from the day are HERE.
