Order “Holy City” Now!

Students are encouraged to pre-order Holy City, the new novel by Edgar Award nominee Henry Wise, in preparation for Wise’s chapel visit and book signing Friday, February 21. Novel bookstore is offering a pre-order for the MUS community and will deliver the books to campus in time for the meet-and-greet.
English professor and graduate of the Virginia Military Institute and the University of Mississippi, Mr. Henry Wise is a writer across multiple genres. His poetry has been published in Shenandoah, Radar Poetry, Clackamas, Nixes Mate Review, and elsewhere. His nonfiction and photography have appeared in Southern Cultures. Holy City is his first novel.
 
Holy City has been nominated for this year’s Edgar Award for best mystery fiction as well as the Willie Morris Award for optimistic Southern literature. Read about the novel and Mr. Wise HERE.
