Free US Physicals Night, May 12

Mark your calendars for the Free Upper School Physicals Night on Monday, May 12, at Zupmed in the Laurelwood Shopping Center. Available for all rising MUS Upper School students, physicals will be conducted in this order: rising seniors will begin at 5:30 p.m.; rising juniors, 5:45 p.m.; rising sophomores, 6 p.m.; rising freshmen, 6:15 p.m.
KEEP THE FINISHED PHYSICALS DOCUMENT TO UPLOAD IN MAGNUS
Physicals are required for participation in sports and physical education classes; a copy must be uploaded to Magnus, the software we use to manage student health records, found under the Health Records resource board in OwlHub under Resources.

A copy of a completed physical, whether done by your student’s regular doctor or the free physicals offered May 12, must be dated after April 15 and uploaded by June 15. The Magnus portal will be open for updates beginning Tuesday, April 15.
