Williamson Presents Veterans Chapel

Christopher Williamson ’06 spoke in chapel about his experience in the U.S. Marine Corps as part of our Veterans Week Chapel Series, organized by the Alumni Veteran Committee. Williamson said that his four years at MUS prepared him well for his military service and for his career as the COO and wealth advisor for Red Door Wealth Management.
After completing a bachelor's degree in economics at Auburn University, he joined the Marines and earned an associate’s degree in Spanish and certification in cryptologic linguistics and radio reconnaissance. In 2018 he was deployed with the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit in the Black Sea and Persian Gulf. Before exiting the military, he was deployed on the USS Kearsarge and the USS Fort McHenry.

Also attending the chapel were veteran alumni Cage Carruthers ’76 and Bruce Moore ’77.
